Studio Rental

Rates

• Minimum 5 hours @ $125/hour including load in and load out time

• A full day rental is 10 hours, any additional hours over 10 will be charged at $125/extra hour.

• Cancellation Policy: Guests can cancel their booking up to 7 days before the event start time for a full refund, including all fees. Cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund of the booking price, excluding fees. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund. For more details, please see our cancellation policy.

Rules

Cleaning / Damages

• The hourly rate for our studio includes a cleaning fee, but we ask guests to leave the space as they found it. Please be respectful of the space and tidy up before you leave. Remember to take any equipment or rentals you brought with you. Make sure to include setup and teardown time within your booked hours.

• We ask that you treat our space with respect. Avoid using nails, screws, staples, or any penetrating items on our walls. If you use tape or gummed materials, please remove them carefully. Any damage to walls, floors, furniture, etc., will be charged to the credit card on file.

Furniture

• Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.

Miscellaneous

• There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.

• All ages are allowed in the space

• Security cameras and recording in all public spaces and exteriors

• Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited.
